Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at naisii.eg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items not in the original condition that it was delivered in
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
